Fundraiser Nights at Tapps
We hear it all the time — our Fundraiser Nights are some of the best in town!
Instead of a basic buffet, your guests enjoy full table service while supporting a great cause. We have plenty of room for a Silent Auction display and provide a sound system for public addresses. Our kitchen team will prepare your chosen fundraiser meal — whether it’s our famous Steak Night, Burger Night, Chicken Night, or another option — always paired with sides like Tapps fries, baked or mashed potato, and tossed salad (depending on the menu).
Whether it’s for a club, team, charity, or community organization, we’ll work with you to design a fundraiser night that suits your group.

Available Dates: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday evenings (weekend seatings possible upon request, subject to availability).

Times: Start time can be 5:00 PM or 6:30 PM.

Guests: Minimum 25 people, maximum 140 per seating (1.5 hour window). Two seatings possible in one night.

Family-Friendly: Minors are allowed. Kid’s meal option available.

Tickets: We custom print fundraiser tickets for you, 100 tickets initially and after selling those, an additional 50 tickets can be printed each time as per requirement. You set your own ticket price (Minimum $30 per ticket). All tickets should be redeemed within your 1.5-hour seating. Extra tickets can be kept for walk-ins at the door.
